TIES LiNK connects Moodle systems independently operated by multiple universities, certifying learning outcomes with internationally standardized Open Badges. Built on an open platform free from vendor lock-in, it realizes a sustainable education ecosystem.

Cross-University Course Discovery

Lists courses offered on Moodle across multiple universities, with filtering by teacher-training indicators, category, and provider.

Standards-Compliant Certification

Certifies learning outcomes across institutions with tamper-proof digital badges compliant with 1EdTech Open Badges 3.0.

Learner-Centered Wallet

Earned badges are managed by learners themselves, allowing them to be used as a portfolio beyond their home institution.

Direct Integration with Receiving Institutions

The Cabinet automatically verifies authenticity and exports to CSV for academic affairs systems, greatly reducing the administrative workload of training certification.
